The start of something new - it's always exciting!

Today I’ve set up my website and started this blog. This has been on the horizon for a little while and I had a particular push to do it today. I have a few different interests with my YouTube channel now underway (I’ve just published my fifth video), my instagram account and learning new photography techniques. Now it’s time to bring everything together in one central place and build my portfolio online.

Although it’s a lovely sunny day, we have plumbers in doing work and so while I’m indoors I thought I’d catch up on those things that would normally be kept for a rainy day! As well as setting up the website and blog I’m going to edit some photos.

Wondering what image I would add to this post to symbolise something new I decided to post a photo I took yesterday in the City of London, the financial district. It’s a new building which is nearing completion. It towers above the big names such as the Gherkin, the Scalpel and the Cheesegrater. It looks ambitious and optimistic photographed under a bright blue sky.
